- The name of the deceased person
- Heir names, relationships, and contact details
- Asset descriptions, property addresses, and financial information
- Dates of death and other estate details
- Generated PDF documents

Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information through standard server logs and analytics:
- Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type
- IP addresses: Collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and performance
- Contact form submissions: If you contact us via the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message
How We Use Information
We use the limited information we collect solely to: operate and improve the website, respond to contact form inquiries, and monitor for security issues. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

After the beta period, when payments are enabled, we will use Dodo Payments to process transactions. Payment data is handled entirely by the payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

Because we do not store your estate document data, there is nothing to request, delete, or export. If you submitted a contact form inquiry and want it removed from our records, email us at contact@smallestateform.com.
